We’re hiring Pool Construction Technicians who know a little bit of everything — and aren’t afraid to jump in and get the job done right. From layout and plumbing to tile, coping, and equipment setup, you’ll be part of a team that takes pride in delivering quality work and keeping projects moving smoothly. What You’ll Do Assist with all phases of pool construction — including layout, excavation prep, plumbing, steel, shotcrete, tile, coping, decking, and equipment installation Work with supervisors to ensure work meets quality and safety standards Maintain tools, vehicles, and job sites in clean, professional condition Help problem-solve on-site issues and support other crew members as needed Communicate clearly and represent the company with professionalism and pride Who You Are Experienced in pool construction or general construction trades (concrete, plumbing, electrical, etc.) Comfortable working outdoors in Florida conditions Hands-on, dependable, and detail-oriented A team player who takes initiative and ownership Valid driver’s license preferred
