We’re looking for a motivated installer/helper to join our team. Job Duties Include: Mixing and applying epoxy, flakes, and polyaspartic topcoats. Polyurea experience is a plus. Operating a 22" planetary grinder and 7" hand-held cup wheel for prep and edge work Properly treating cracks, divots, and repairs before coating Scraping/vacuuming flakes and assisting with topcoat application General jobsite and shop support (loading materials, cleanup, etc.) Qualifications: Experience in coatings, flooring, or construction trades a plus (will train the right person) Able to lift 30+ lbs and work on your feet. Not hard work but it will keep you moving. No ladders, we are on the ground :) Valid Drivers License and your own transportation to the shop, no exceptions.
