On school days you have the mornings free to sleep in, exercise, or study; midday hours are lighter on childcare and heavier on home tasks; afternoons focus on school pick-ups and after-school routines. On school holidays and breaks, we’ll need more morning support with the kids – we like to co-create a fun agenda with activities to keep everyone active. We maintain a family calendar for advanced planning, and typically like to plan out each week ahead of time so we’re all on the same page for activities and responsibilities throughout the week.
