Landscape Crew Member (Sapulpa)

This role involves assisting in a variety of landscaping tasks to maintain and create beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients. Responsibilities: Perform tasks such as planting, mulching, trimming, and general garden maintenance Assist with projects including retaining walls, pavers, irrigation, grading, and drainage Ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards Support the crew leader in completing daily tasks and meeting project deadlines Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in proper working order Use hand tools and powered equipment or machines Work outdoors in various weather conditions Requirements: Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience is a plus, but not required Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team environment Physical ability to lift, carry, and handle tools and materials (up to 80 lbs) Strong work ethic, reliable, and attention to detail Willingness to learn new skills and techniques A valid driver's license is a plus Why Join Us?
