Job Title: Mobile Porter Mobile Porter (Janitorial Services) Location: LA Area Reports To: Area Manager Shift: Variable Shifts Position Summary: We are currently hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Mobile Porter to join our janitorial team. This role requires traveling to multiple client sites to perform routine cleaning and maintenance services. The ideal candidate is professional, flexible, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Key Responsibilities: Travel to assigned sites to perform janitorial duties, including daily and periodic cleaning. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, hallways, offices, and other common areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash and recyclables. Maintain cleanliness of building entrances, walkways, and exterior areas. Replenish cleaning supplies and paper products as needed. Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing dispensers. Report any safety hazards, maintenance issues, or supply shortages to the supervisor. Follow all company safety policies and cleaning procedures. Respond to urgent cleaning needs or special requests in a timely and professional manner. Requirements: English speaking required (must be able to communicate clearly with clients and supervisors). Valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Reliable transportation is required to travel between job sites. Must pass a criminal background check. Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
