Now Hiring: Sit-Down Forklift Operator Location: Plainfield, IN 46168 Schedule: • Monday – Friday 6:30AM-3:00PM • Sunday- Thursday 10:00PM- 6:30AM Pay: $17-$18 We are seeking an experienced Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join our Operations team. This role is essential in safely moving materials throughout the facility, supporting production, shipping, and warehouse activities. Responsibilities: • Safely load, unload, transport, and stack materials using forklifts and related equipment • Move materials between loading, processing, and storage areas • Inspect and perform basic maintenance on forklifts • Assist with preparing processed bales for shipment • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety procedures and wearing required PPE • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and ensure efficiency Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED preferred • 1-2 years of forklift or related warehouse experience preferred • Valid forklift certification • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and twisting • Strong attention to safety, organization, and teamwork • Good communication skills and professional attitude How to Apply: 1.
