We are seeking a professional access control technician to install a two-door controller for elevator access at a commercial building in New York. The system will upgrade two elevators to restrict floor selection, allowing access only with authorized key fobs. Project Details • Controller Model: CV A22K (two-door controller) • Reader Model: NC-OP40HON (HID-compatible proximity reader) • Key Fob Model: OE-KEYFPK25 (proximity key fobs) Scope: • Install and program access control hardware on two elevators (each elevator is a “door” in system terms). • Integrate CV A22K two-door controller to manage elevator access. • Install NC-OP40HON readers inside elevator cabs, wired to controller. • Setup OE-KEYFPK25 key fobs for user authentication. • System must allow elevator call and floor selection only upon valid key fob swipe (users swipe key fobs at reader inside elevator, select their floor). • Complete all necessary wiring, mounting, and system testing. Requirements • Proven experience installing and programming elevator access control systems. • Familiarity with CV A22K controller, NC-OP40HON readers, OE-KEYFPK25 fobs, or similar equipment. • Ability to read install schematics and comply with city elevator/security codes. • Strong troubleshooting and system integration skills. • Capable of professional communication with building management and coordination with elevator technicians, if needed. • Available for immediate start.
