Experience with Procore or other project management platforms. OSHA 30, LEED, and PMP certifications are a plus. Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data and formulas. Sales leads must be followed up immediately and scheduled within a 2 to 3 day time frame! Most estimates are scheduled in the evenings after 5 pm and on weekends, and occasionally during the day M-F! In person interviews for this position are required and you must be able to verify your sales experience and have solid references. This is a 'no drama' company and we need a 'no drama' sales person! Short daily phone calls will be made to owner on a daily basis to give sales updates and to get answers to any questions that you might have.
