Customer Service Representative Remote
50Coast Renovation & Remodeling is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and contractors, ensuring seamless communication and delivering a professional, client-focused experience throughout each stage of the renovation process.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely, accurate, and professional support.
Coordinate communications between clients, vendors, and contractors to facilitate project efficiency.
Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions, project updates, and documentation.
Support project scheduling, follow-ups, and progress tracking to ensure deadlines are met.
Deliver exceptional customer service by guiding clients through the renovation process and addressing concerns proactively.
Perform administrative and office support tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service; experience in construction, renovation, or related industries is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or comparable business software; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Compensation & Benefits:
Wage Rate- $32.50/hr.
