Qualifications Steakhouse experience preferred but not required. 2-3 years of line cook experience in a high volume restaurant. Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques (grilling, sauteing, frying, and pantry) Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain composure Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
