PICANTE in Berkeley, California, serving great Mexican cuisine for 35 years, is looking for a new cashier. Must be available weekends. Position is part time 20-28 hours a week. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT WOULD NOT BE LIMITED TO: Cash Handling and Reconciliation. You will be working inside in the restaurant. You will also be working outside as we are operating curbside. Standing and walking for long hours. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: At least 21 years of age Fluent in English; both speaking and understanding. Spanish is a plus. WE PROVIDE: Hourly Rate is Berkeley minimum wage of $19.18 plus average tips per hour adds up to about $30.00 an hour. 50% discount on food and beverage items.
