Hours: Night Shift Part-Time 5:00pm-1:00am 2-3 days per week Tilly Bagel Shop Fulton Market is seeking an overnight bagel baker.   Reliability is the most important aspect of this position.  We are passionate about making fresh, delicious bagels that are perfect for breakfast, lunch, or any time of day. Our menu features a variety of bagels, sandwiches, spreads, and other pastries, all made with quality ingredients.  We are committed to providing excellent customer service and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Requirements: 1 year previous experience in baking/pastry/prep is required Experience in an overnight shift position preferred Responsible for boiling, baking, prepping bagels, baking proteins off for service Responsible for setting up catering orders  Assist other stations when necessary (ie: line prep) Be able to work independently Reliability  Be able to work well under pressure, multitask, and have excellent communication skills Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume environment and be able to meet the demands of a busy bagel shop Follow recipes and food safety guidelines, and have experience with food preparation equipment such as slicers and mixers Have passion about food and have a strong work ethic Work independently and as part of a team, and be willing to learn new skills  Stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds Have a positive attitude and be willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction High school diploma or equivalent ServSafe Certified  Create your FREE profile on CulinaryAgents.com to apply to any job with a single click!
