American Diner located inside Newark Airport is hiring a BUSSER with FULL, OPEN AVAILABILITY for FULL TIME AM & PM Shifts. Currently looking to cover the: 4AM - 1:00PM Shift 12PM - Close Shift. The store closes once the last flight has boarded which is usually around 11PM during off peak season and 12AM during summer and off peak season. We schedule 32-36 hours per work week. Answering phone calls, managing reservations and answering questions. Knowledge of the menu and services offered. Assisting other positions in the restaurant as needed. POSITION REQUIREMENTS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES Previous fine dining restaurant experience preferred with enthusiasm to learn and ambition to grow Two years of experience in a similar restaurant environment preferred Familiarity with Soju and other unique liqueurs a plus Food Handler’s certification, ABC RBS training certification Must be able to work standing or walking for 8 hours Must be able to move 50 pounds at time Must be able to comply with all health and safety standards
