WE'RE HIRING ALL FRONT OF HOUSE POSITIONS! Easy Tiger, a new sports bar in the heart of downtown Asheville, is getting ready to open its doors! We’re looking for front of house team members to join us for dinner and late-night service. If you’re dedicated, hard-working, and excited to help bring this bar to life, we’d love to meet you. FRONT OF HOUSE ROLES We are a counter service spot: all patio and dining room guests order at the counter, and our team delivers food and drinks to them. The bar is full service. Our FOH team rotates between three positions: - Counter: greets, takes orders, organizes to-go orders, and assists with service - Expo: manages tickets, organizes to-go orders, and ensures food quality - Food Runner: delivers food and drinks to guests with speed and hospitality You’ll be trained in all three and rotate throughout the week. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Experience in customer facing positions (high volume is a plus) - Strong work ethic and passion for great food and drinks - Ability to stay calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment - Positive, guest-focused energy and strong communication skills We believe great hospitality is at the root of every great experience.
