As a Construction Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing all phases of utility construction for a variety of telecom projects. What You’ll Do • Champion safety, quality work, and efficiency across all aspects of the job. • Supervise a variety of project types, including: o New Build o BAU (Repair, Maintenance & Upgrades) o Cable and Fiber Construction (current primary focus: Spectrum cable projects) • Lead and mentor your team, helping them build skills and knowledge in telecom construction. • Manage both aerial and underground utility construction projects. • Drive your team to meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards. • Provide exceptional customer service when working with clients and stakeholders. • Coordinate and manage the activities of multiple crews and job sites. Cable Technician - $20-$25/hr - DOE We are currently hiring Cable Technicians with 3+ months of experience performing low voltage cable installation in a commercial environment.
