Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Irrigation Technician to join our team. As an Irrigation Technician, you will be responsible for completing wet checks, repairing, and maintaining irrigation systems for high-end residential properties. Your expertise in landscaping and irrigation will contribute to the overall beauty and health of our clients' landscapes. Responsibilities: - Maintain and repair irrigation systems, including sprinklers, valves, pipes, and timers - Perform regular maintenance and wet checks on irrigation systems to ensure proper functioning - Sets and maintains automatic irrigation systems to run systematically according to the landscape care program. - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with irrigation systems - Monitor weather conditions and adjust irrigation schedules accordingly - Maintain accurate records of all work performed - Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or questions Requirements: - 2 years of experience as an Irrigation Technician or similar role - Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, including installation, repair, maintenance, and electrical timer systems - Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in the landscaping industry - Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with irrigation systems - Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and tasks - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members - Valid driver's license with a clean 3 year DMV driving record If you are passionate about landscaping, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working outdoors, we encourage you to apply for this position. Cabinet Installers and Service Techs Needed
Experienced Cabinet Installers and Service Technicians needed for full time employment. Pay is up to typically $800- $1500+ per week depending on your skills and speed. All work is residential new home construction with occasional remodels and custom homes. Installer pay rate is based on a per box rate so the more you install, the more you earn. Additional trip charges are paid for work done outside of the Rio Rancho/Albuquerque metro area.
