Carpenter position open at small family general contracting business. This is a full time position, pay based on skills/experience, expecting $25-$45/hour depending on experience. Good driving record is a requirement. Company vehicle once on-boarded.

Pipefitting duties will include: Lay out, assemble, and install piping systems according to blueprints, specifications, and building codes Cut, thread, and fit pipes using tools such as saws, pipe cutters, and threading machines Braze pipe joints with high precision, ensuring no leaks or structural weaknesses Follow all safety protocols, and keep work area clean and orderly EPA preferred Qualifications of the Pipefitter: Victaulic experience Brazing certificate preferred Preferred 1-2 years of experience in industrial pipefitting with a variety of materials (steel, copper, PVC); HVAC experience preferred Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely, and learn how to operate overhead cranes and forklift Excellent problem-solving skills Benefits/retirement offered

All materials will be provided or paid for by us, even if the cost is minimal. 3. Inspection & Photo Requirements: Upon arrival at the property, send a front picture of the property immediately. Provide before pictures for inspection purposes — minimum 15 detailed pictures per work order. Submit a written inspection report with separate labor and material costs listed. 4. Approval Process: Allow 10 minutes for our team to review and process approvals after submission. Work can only proceed after approval is granted.
