PAY: $25.00 - $30.00 Based upon experience HOURS: 40 SCHEDULE: 7:00 am - 3:30pm DURATION: Temp to Perm START DATE:10/06/2025 REQUIREMENTS: Supervise and lead a team of painters on commercial job sites Plan daily work schedules and assign tasks to team members Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications Communicate effectively with project managers Monitor job progress and report updates or issues to management Ensure all safety regulations and company policies are followed Manage site logistics, including materials, tools, and equipment Train and mentor junior painters as needed 5+ years of experience in commercial painting 1–2 years in a leadership or foreman role preferred Strong knowledge of commercial painting tools, techniques, and finishes Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Must be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus May be able to work in heights.
