We are looking for a well rounded, hard working superintendent for a 96 Unit property in Middletown, CT. This is a live-in position, an apartment is provided as part of the employment package. Job Duties: Inspects vacant units and prepares them for rental - including apartment renovations (Basic plumbing, electrical & tile work needed) Responds to tenant requests for repairs and keeps a log of completed work Keeps grounds clean and in safe condition (weekly exterior clean up necessary) Basic landscaping necessary Keeps entrances and walkways clear of ice, snow and debris during winter months. Knowledge how to use a snow plow is preferred Conducts regular preventative maintenance on items throughout the interior and exterior of the building. Responds to emergency calls
