SUMMARY The Shipping & Receiving Clerk ensures an efficient flow of material throughout the warehouse. The Shipping & Receiving Clerk processes materials and maintains control of inventory through the various warehouse systems. The Shipping & Receiving clerk processes documentation following company workflow process and protocols and follows company policy and procedures. JOB FUNCTION/PURPOSE · Coordinates the stocking and arrangement of inventory in the warehouse and in conformance to policies and procedures. · Provides training, scheduling, and guidance to warehouse personnel. · Inspects received goods, notes any damages and discrepancies, and immediately reports information to the appropriate department in conformance to policies and procedures. · Completes all paperwork relating to the received goods and processing the delivery receipts in a timely manner. · Assists in inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities and monthly inventory counts. · Coordinates the movement of goods between the storage facility and the Production facility. · Completes job assignments in compliance with Federal, State laws, and company policies and procedures. · Ensures the compliance of safety guidelines in the warehouse. · Complies with OSHA rules and practices. Wears the proper safety equipment. · Performs inventory transactions for receipts and shipments of farm out orders. · Performs scanning and reporting of documents and reports for farm out orders and in-house receipts. · Manages the shipment of all products, materials, and supplies. This includes packages shipping UPS and Fed Ex. · Collaborates with production, customer service representatives and others involve with shipment products. · Tracks, traces, and updates the status of outgoing shipments.

Assist the Plumber Rover in: Repairing or replacing cast iron, clay, ABS sewer lines (above and underground) Repairing or replacing storm drain lines and gas leaks Installing galvanized, copper, cast iron, and clay pipes Installing water heaters and wall heaters Maintain cleanliness and organization at work sites daily. Prepare materials for each job and ensure tools and materials are securely stored at day’s end to prevent safety risks. Pick up and transport supplies to job sites as needed. Safety and Hazard Reporting Attend monthly Safety Meetings and adhere to all company safety policies. Communicate any property conditions that may pose physical or liability hazards. Administrative Tasks Accurately complete and submit bi-weekly timesheets. Perform other duties as required. Perform other duties as required.
