Please TEXT us at 480-861-2275. Starting pay is $19 if you don't have much experience, up to $22.00 if you have great experience and you're super fast with a blower. A valid Arizona driver license is required The position is for a landscaper who also drives a truck. They're just pickup trucks with a trailer so nothing too difficult. We mostly do residential maintenance. Promotion opportunity for the right person. THC is allowed depending on your behaviour. We treat weed the same as alcohol, you can use it but CAN'T BE UNDER INFLUENCE AT WORK. Other drugs are NOT allowed and we do drug test. Lots of opportunities for advancement and lots of pay raises. FULL TIME permanent position. Monday-Friday. Around 40 hours per week. Paid overtime, 6 paid holidays, paid vacation after a year, and paid sick time. Monthly bonuses for most employees PAID WEEKLY. We provide all equipment. Dental, Vision, Life insurance available. We're a friendly, hard-working landscaping company. We need great people: Must be friendly. Must be here every day and on time. This person will perform the usual gardening tasks, including pruning, weeding, cutting back and blowing off. An appreciation of and desire to learn about horticulture is helpful. Other skills include an ability to operate industry equipment and hand tools, a positive attitude, and transportation to and from our Richmond City shop each day.
