IN-PERSON SALES / $100K ANNUAL SPANISH (San Diego)
We are looking for individuals to handle negotiation, budgeting, and closing sales of our brand's products. We sell reverse osmosis water purification systems, activated carbon water filtration systems, air purifiers, and home appliances. You would not be responsible for shipping logistics, financing (allowing customers to pay in installments), collections, or warranties—these are managed by the headquarters. We are seeking representatives who will directly manage the negotiation and closing process. *Income is paid weekly. *Up to 70% commission per sale after training. *Sales targeted at the Hispanic (Spanish-speaking) market. *Transportation provided (subject to driving skills and valid license). *Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred. If you're tired of feeling stuck in a job that leads nowhere, one that falls below your abilities and knowledge, and if you're an ambitious person who wants to grow and develop in a professional environment, this position is for you. We also understand what it feels like to arrive in this country and start from zero—having to work in jobs unrelated to your professional background or the years of study and preparation you completed back home. We know how it feels when everyone around you says this is "all there is" for Hispanics arriving in this country. But the truth is, different opportunities do exist—you just need to be brave enough to take action. Sales is one of the highest-paying professions, but it's not the easiest. We're looking for resilient, professional, hardworking individuals willing to go the extra mile. You can earn up to 70% commission per sale. No investment is required, and we provide training if you are selected. If interested, contact me—we can schedule a Zoom interview to explain more about the position and what we offer. Don't let five (or more) years pass working a job that gives you "just the basics" but leaves you unhappy and stagnant. Schedule your interview today. Check out our social media and meet our team—individuals who are already earning what you dream of in this country, with the same skills as you. https://www.instagram.com/kaizengroup.usa?igsh=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ== https://www.instagram.com/julymaradlr?igsh=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ%3D%3D&utm_source=qr Disclaimer: This is a 100% commission-based position. Income figures mentioned are estimates based on current representatives' performance and do not guarantee specific results. The company provides training and tools for professional development, but success depends entirely on each representative’s dedication, skills, and individual effort.
