Key Responsibilities: Line Cook: * Set up an organized station before service. * Prepare and fulfill food orders promptly and accurately based on incoming tickets. * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders. * Read and interpret food tickets efficiently. Prep Cook: * Assist in setting up kitchen stations for service. * Prepare and portion ingredients, including chopping and cutting raw ingredients. Experience in quick service & fast food restaurants as well as fine dining establishments is preferred. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Proficient in cash handling and financial management practices. Strong organizational skills with experience in inventory control and kitchen management. Ability to provide training & development opportunities for staff members. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest experiences. Background in culinary arts or hospitality management is advantageous. Familiarity with banquet services, catering operations, bar management, coffee experience, or barista skills is a plus.
