We work with multiple retail tenants throughout the Southeast with our main area of focus being with fuel and restaurant type tenants. We are seeking a Construction Manager to assist in budgeting, coordination and the supervision of multiple commercial projects in the Southeast region from start to the final delivery to the tenants. This position would oversee all construction payments and scheduling to insure projects are delivered on time and on budget. It would likely require weekly travel to various projects to oversee progress and meeting with team members. Base salary of $100,000 with additional project bonuses at the completion of each job. Experience / Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction management or related profession with a minimum of 10 years professional experience. Must have strong skills in planning, construction administration / management. Strong project presentation, communication, scheduling and organizational skills.
