Myself I'm a black male in my 40's. Room is $30 daily or $175 weekly and no deposit. Your identification is required. There is no bed in the room, can get a air mattress or something. This was and still is my computer room/ man cave lol. Private room and your very own private full bathroom. Washer $ dryer in unit. This is a newer apartment complex. Apartment also has a balcony.
