Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join the G+D team as Secure Production Operators III in our secure Bolingbrook, IL facility. We have two shifts available. 1st shift will work Monday through Friday 6am-2pm. 2nd shift will operate Monday through Friday 2pm-10pm. This role involves handling sensitive materials and operating complex machinery for the production of high-security items. Duties & Essential Job Functions: Operate and maintain the machine, ensuring high-quality production of secure product. Follow strict security protocols to handle sensitive materials and personal data. Perform routine machine checks and maintenance to ensure optimal operation and identify any issues. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to uphold product standards and identify any defects. Document production processes and maintain accurate records of materials used and products produced. Assist in troubleshooting machine issues and coordinate with technical support for complex problems. Access daily work files from the workstations on the production floor. Help in delivering the correct materials to each workstation in order to meet production goals for the shift. Monitor inventory levels of materials required to complete jobs and alert manager if stock is not adequate for the day's production. Run daily production as trained and directed for highly secure personalization on mailing machines. Perform basic data entry into Excel as needed. Relay issues and concerns to Operations Manager for HSA department. Follow and comply with policies, procedures, processes and general company information. Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies at all times. Required Skills & Qualifications: High School diploma or GED preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience operating advanced machinery. Basic mechanical skills and ability to operate machinery. Must be willing to stand for the majority of the work day. Reason through problems involving set-up and operation. The Inserting Machine Operator IV will prepare, supply and operation production machines in the Personalization Department within the High Security Area. Duties & Essential Job Functions: Prepare, supply and operate the production machines during the production process and monitor relevant stages to ensure that products are manufactured or assembled according to established parameters. Understand the entire range of functions as well as the operating sequence of the machine. Load materials on the machine in the order they are to be placed on the table. Read job specifications and previous run data to determine machine parameters and material. Ensure proper Lockout/Tag-out procedures have been followed before performing maintenance on the machine. Meet or exceed job standards for line speeds, scrap, and set-up times. Load and unload stock. Report any necessary maintenance issues to the Maintenance Department. Work cooperatively with the Quality Assurance department to ensure products meet specifications. Confirm required documentation / data is completed accurately and timely. Unique Millwork Cabinetry and Countertops is seeking a skilled individual(s) with knowledge in cabinet building and solid surface fabrication, with a motivation to produce quickly and with quality. We are located in Arvada at 52nd and Marshall. This shop has been around for over 30 years and under new management for the last 4 years. We continue to grow the business and need additional personnel to meet the demands. This is a full-time position. We have a separate installation crew and a majority of the work will be in the shop. Requirements: Your own transportation and hand/power/pneumatic tools are required as in field installation may be required at times. Millwork saws, edge-bander and glue applicators are supplied by the shop for use in the shop. We do a multitude of different projects to include laminate counters, cabinet building and installation, solid surface fabrication and installation, various millwork fabrication and installation for low-income housing complexes, private residential, multi-family complexes and commercial applications. We are branching out into new builds as well. Job Duties will include but not limited to: -Fabrication of solid surface -New cabinet builds and cabinet rebuilds -Cabinet door/drawer/drawer fronts/faux front fabrication -Laminate countertop fabrication. -Shop cleanliness and organization Starting pay will be $26-$29 an hour depending on knowledge/skill.
