Qualifications: - 5+ years in home improvement sales and management. - Strong leadership and team-building skills. - Familiarity with CRM/job-tracking software (FieldPulse preferred). - High ethical standards, integrity, and alignment with service-driven values. - Ability to grow into a senior leadership role. Must be in shape and able to work on ladders - nothing super crazy but we do a ton of soffit and fascia repairs plus chimneys. you must know how to make a weather cut with a multi tool and understand to back-prime and seal replacement wood so it does not rot again. If you live in the norcross area you might be able to ride with one of our guys. Must be able to make cuts with a multi-tool and be able to learn complicated sash repairs; Every day is different here. Our groups do everything from small handyman repairs, deck repairs and rebuilds, siding repairs, fascia, soffits, interior trims and repairs. You name it and OnDemand has done it.
