REQUIREMENTS: - 1+ years in customer service. Transporting plateware, silverware, glassware and trays to the dish wash area on a regular basis, ensuring that all items can be cleaned and ready for service. Keeping all concessions stocked with the plateware, silverware, napkins and trays that they require for service. The general tidiness and cleanliness of all foot flow areas around communal tables, in front of concessions and all bars. Sweeping should be conducted on a scheduled basis, as well as on an as needed basis. Restrooms will be checked for cleanliness and replenished with supplies on a regular basis. Spillage will be a regular occurrence, and for the hazard of slips and falls, it will need to be dealt with promptly. If you come across a spill, alert a manager and remain by the spill until assistance arrives with mop/dry cloths. A wooden “caution wet floor” sign should also be displayed during and after cleaning spillage. Hello! We are looking for a friendly, outgoing multi-tasker willing to come in around 20 hours a week. We are a small neighborhood salon with two locations filled with friendly, professional stylists and are looking for someone who can help us out with clients and keeping the salon clean and running. We do not want someone who comes to work to sit around and hang out or who has sleepy energy. This position mostly involves constant light cleaning such as sweeping the floors and wiping chairs in between clients. You should be okay with getting out from behind out desk and looking for ways to make the space look better. Most of our appointments are booked online, and so phones calls, though limited, involve dealing with late clients and cancellations. You would: -clean stations between clients -clean areas of the salon where needed -dust -sweep -do laundry (towels and capes) on site -check clients in and out -answer the phones and book appointments -give the salon a final clean at the end of the day (8 pm) and lock up Schedules are flexible: Morning shifts are 9:30 am - 3:00 pm Evening shifts are 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm You should be great at customer service and proactive.
