OUR COMPENSATION STRUCTURE AND EARNING POTENTIAL: - We offer paid training, starting at a rate of $16 per hour. - The starting pay for this role is $18 per hour after training, with a performance review scheduled after 30 days. - In addition to your hourly rate, there are opportunities to earn commissions, monthly bonuses, and spiffs. - We provide weekly pay and offer the convenience of ADP Direct Deposit. WE PROVIDE: - A favorable schedule: Monday to Thursday, from 7:00 am to 2:30 pm, with Fridays off at 12 pm. - Paid hourly breaks and a 30-minute lunch break. - A pleasant work environment with TVs and music in our break room and sales floor, as well as ample natural light from our office windows. - You will have your own spacious desk with drawers, a comfortable office chair, and ample room for stretching.
