Lost or Abandoned Cat (Auburn)

Is this anyone's cat? He's so scrawny like he hasn't been fed so I'm assuming he's lost or abandoned. He hasn't been neutered. This is the second time I've fed him and he'd come inside if it wasn't for Ollie (my cat) launching himself facefirst at the glass screen door to get at him. He has a special white band on his tail and gravy stains on his mouth and face. I will be posting on Pawboost and I will see if I can catch him to take to the vet to see if he has a microchip on Monday or Tuesday. I'm in the Auburn Greens on Sapphire and Garnet.
