Qualifications: • Experience with custom cabinetry, offices, kitchens, bathrooms, and entertainment units. • Operate sliding table saw, edge bander, dovetail machine, and other shop equipment. • Able to build from shop drawings. • Your own hand tools are required. • Knowledge of laminates, veneers, hinges, drawer slides, and other materials • Capable of lifting 60 lbs., working on ladders, handling 4x8 material, and some installation required • Strong attention to detail and quality work Experience. • 5 years of experience in custom cabinetry is required. • Valid driver's license is required. Key Responsibilities: -Perform MIG welding in a variety of custom fabrication projects. -Stage, fit, and weld components in multiple placements and configurations. -Manage workload based on production schedules and project priorities. -Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications with accuracy. -Troubleshoot fabrication challenges and implement creative, practical solutions. -Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment, following shop safety protocols. -Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the welding department.
