Position Overview We’re looking for a motivated Junior Carpenter to support our and project teams in producing exceptional work. This position is ideal for someone early in their carpentry career who takes pride in quality workmanship, reliability, and attention to detail. Moreover, we are looking for someone passionate about construction. Responsibilities Assist with framing, trim, cabinetry, and finish carpentry. Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to plans and specifications. Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites at all times. Perform regular cleaning, tool maintenance, and workspace upkeep. Support material handling, delivery setup, and site preparation. Follow company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE. Perform other duties as directed by the Site Supervisor. Qualifications 1–2 years of carpentry or construction experience preferred (apprenticeship experience accepted). Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and carpentry techniques. Ability to climb ladders and perform physical site work. Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred. Compensation & Benefits Hourly Wage: $22 – $35/hour (commensurate with experience). We are seeking a reliable and experienced Superintendent to manage one mid‑sized residential buildings located in  the Upper East Side. This is a hands‑on, full‑time role requiring strong maintenance skills, excellent communication, and  the ability to handle emergency situations with professionalism. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a  safe, clean, and pleasant living environment for all residents. Must be able to manage daily tasks independently,  coordinate with contractors, and respond to after‑hours issues when necessary. We are looking to fill this position  promptly.
