Is this your cat? (Roseway)

Is this anyone's cat? He's been at my front door and in my front/back yard almost every day for the last month. I just want to make sure he's not lost! He has a flea collar but no tags, and he's very vocal. No advice needed, just posting on all my local groups online to spread the word. <3 Thanks for any help you can offer!
