The ideal candidate should be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to handle all aspects of auto body repair. Responsibilities include: Performing high-quality body repairs on cars and light trucks Frame straightening, panel replacement, dent repair, and welding Prepping vehicles for paint Ensuring all repairs meet industry and safety standards Working efficiently to meet deadlines Cleaning your workstation daily Requirements: Minimum 5 years of professional auto body experience Strong knowledge of collision repair techniques and tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team I-CAR certification is a plus, but not required We Offer: Competitive pay (based on experience and skill level) Full-time position with steady workflow Positive and professional work environment Opportunity for growth within the shop
