Position Summary: Provides paint booth maintenance services to Body Shop Solutions customers. Position Responsibilities: Remove spent filters from booths and replace with new filters according to filter specifications. Remove coating from internal surfaces of paint booths and reapply materials. Sweep and shovel debris from the booths. Dispose of paint booth residue Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Remove paint overspray from pit/exhaust systems Sand paint from interior walls/surfaces Comply with safety policies and procedures. Operate power tools and other equipment safely. Provide additional support as needed. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Communication Skills - Excellent verbal communication skills. Customer Service - Strong customer service orientation. Safety Equipment - Strong ability to work safely with equipment. Team Environment - Strong team player. Attendance - Regular attendance and punctuality. Preferred Skills and Experience - Prior experience in the fields of maintenance, janitorial, or construction. Prior experience operating power tools. This job is labor intensive and heavy lifting is required. Hello, we are seeking a person to clean and maintain the common spaces of a condominium building. We are looking for a person who is organized, and has a good attention to detail. As you will be in contact with the some residents, customer service skills are also needed. Duties will include floor care, bathroom care, dusting, garbage removal, wiping tables and counters, cleaning glass doors, vacuum carpeted areas, mopping hard surface floors, keeping gym area clean including wiping down equipment, cleaning stairwells, etc. This position is for Saturday and Sunday and will take 4 hours each day.
