Part Time Office Cleaning in New Hudson MI near I-96 and Milford Rd exit. Two small buildings located 4 minutes from each other, three times per week (Mon/Wed/Fri) Evenings, Job start is flexible after 5pm. Monday 4 hours Wednesday 4 hours Friday 4 hours. Total of 12 hours per week at $18 per hour. Since this is a PT work we are looking for someone who lives nearby (within 10 mile radius) IMPORTANT: You have to have a clean background check. Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. This is also a good opportunity for someone who would like to remain physically active and earn extra income in the evenings. Prior cleaning experience is not necessary as we will train the right person. BUT, this is a physically active job and you will be required to be on your feet for over 4 hours. Job Summary: Oversees and performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the inside and external buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality by performing maintenance-related tasks. Job Responsibilities: 1. Assists and completes work orders generated from resident requests for service, as well as routine upkeep on the property by diagnosing the source or cause of the defect or problem, and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements. 2. Oversees and completes the "make-ready" process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins by completing the pre-move-out inspection, creating a "punch" list of maintenance work needed, scheduling vendors and contractors as needed, obtaining needed supplies and materials, completing all maintenance tasks, and inspecting completed work. 3.
