We are looking to fill a position on one of our landscape maintenance teams. This crew will be primarily mowing lawns. Other duties include but not limited to, trimming shrubs, cleaning plant beds, pulling weeds, installing plants and mulch, light hardscaping. We manage 350+ residential accounts 6 HOA and a handful of commercial properties. This is a fast paced and physically challenging job. Working outside includes being prepared for all of the conditions involved with being outside. This has been an exceptionally hot and rainy year. We are looking for individuals who are value quality, not afraid of a challenge, and driven by hard work. Experience is not necessary but helps a lot. Using hand and power tools such as shovels, rakes, pickaxes, tampers, and pavement breakers. Maintaining a clean job site, ensuring proper safety procedures are followed, and reporting incidents. Assisting with various tasks as directed by the supervisor, including traffic control, maintenance, and cleanup. Qualifications: Valid driver's license is required. Must be able available to work weekends Must be able to safely use hand/power tools and PPE Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, crouching, twisting upper body, working at heights, and lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
