We’re seeking a dependable Warehouse Support/Administrative Assistant member to join our small friendly Lighting Electrical Company. This role combines light warehouse duties with administrative work, ideal for someone who enjoys keeping operations organized and running efficiently. Position Overview: Staging material, maintaining accurate inventory, and keeping the warehouse organized. Assist with loading and unloading, occasional deliveries to job sites, basic vehicle checks and hooking up trailers and scissor lifts as needed. Maintain a tidy, efficient warehouse. Provide administrative support for the scheduling team, including data entry and clear communication with vendors and team members. Qualifications: Valid California Drivers License with clean Motor Vehicle Record Work Authorization: Legal right to work in the United States. Ability to pass drug screening Requirements: 2 years of practical office experience Basic proficiency in office software, including Excel and typing. Experience with basic vehicle maintenance (e.g., checking fluid levels, tire wear, etc. is a plus. Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks and forklift certification is a plus. Ability to communicate courteously and professionally with vendors and team members. Excellent communication and phone etiquette This position requires some lifting up to 50 lbs. A knowledge of lighting and electrical parts is a plus. Ability to prioritize projects and work on multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Administrative, data entry Assisting the scheduling department Compile necessary paperwork, pull, stage and load parts for Technicians Delivering materials, equipment to job sites Inventory Management, ordering, receiving and restocking materials Vehicle Maintenance and Inspections: Basic prevention, maintenance of vehicles, check fluids Load and unload equipment, hook up trailers, scissor lifts. Record Keeping, verify packing slips, maintain organized files and accurate documentation. Maintain organization, keep the warehouse neat, clean, and efficient                   

Horse /chicken and barn help needed part time 1-2 hrs per day. Barn and horse experience required -starting at $22/hr or more depending on experience. Job includes feeding, watering, cleaning buckets, mucking stalls, manure removal, grooming, blanketing and other horse related duties. BARRINGTON APARTMENTS Weekend hours: On-call as needed The Maintenance/Service Technician reports directly to the Service Manager and is responsible for performing make-ready repairs to all vacant units prior to move-in. HVAC certified preferred. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform repairs to make-ready units in a timely manner. Is responsible for 24 hour on-call, as scheduled by the Service Manager, respond to on-call paging. Assist the Service Manager or Housekeeper with their work if necessary. Assist the Grounds personnel with trashing out units if necessary. Assist the Service Manager with inventory control and utilization of maintenance materials and supplies. Inspect property for improvements and repairs and review with the Service Manager. Perform work order requests. Assist the Service Manager with maintenance requests. Ensure that the grounds are free of litter at all times. Operate and perform scheduled maintenance properly on all equipment. Know the location of gas and water meter emergency cut offs, all apartment and fixture cut offs, and sewer clean outs. Paint interior and exterior when required. Assist the Property Manager or other staff members when requested. Perform work orders with “same day completion” in mind. Review work orders with Service Manager on a daily basis. Responsible for adherence to policies outline outlined in Employee handbook. Responsible for keeping the Maintenance shop clean and in order at all times. Be immediately available in the event of snow. Follow the Maintenance General Operating Policies. Maintain a professional appearance in uniform and display a good attitude at all times. Be aware of personal hygiene and cleanliness while on the job. Understand the importance of a good attitude and “team spirit”. Work well with other staff members. Be cooperative in helping at another site when needed and be flexible to transfer to another property if needed. After-hours on call required on a rotating basis. Must have reliable transportation Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications • HVAC skills - CFC certification • CPO certification preferred • Plumbing, electrical, carpentry skills • Knowledge of SDS and OSHA • 608 Refrigerant Certification preferred, but not requires.
