Den Mother is a Wellness Retreat bringing slow medicine to the face-paced lives of today. Nestled inside a 1930’s bungalow, which has been transformed into a serene indoor + outdoor oasis. Our offerings include Japanese Acupuncture, Chinese Reflexology, Swedish and Ayurvedic bodywork and Hot and Cold Water Therapies. These services are paired with a Wellness Apothecary and multiple Outdoor Garden dining areas where we offer a curated menu in collaboration with The Butchers Daughter. Den Mother is a unique healing house where guests come in for a service, but are encouraged to then stay to enjoy the rest of what we have to offer. Den Mother is seeking experienced Guest Services Coordinator who enjoy working together to provide a warm and welcoming experience to our guests. Front of House Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Greeting guests and customers into the center and/or retail space Having a detailed understanding of our service offerings and the ability to walk guests through these offerings Experience with fielding calls and successfully problem solving in real time Experience using a retail of sale system Experience scheduling appointments and managing a schedule of 8-10 practitioners at a time Maintaining a clean and well stocked apothecary Educating guests on our apothecary offerings, as well as, retail items utilizing training materials provided by Den Mother Ability to pour and deliver tea to guests who are recieving services This job is best suited for individuals who have a passion for the wellness space combined with any of the below experience: Hospitality Experience Spa Experience Physical Demands Ability to stand for 6 hours at a time Ability to walk around the space with multiple sets of stairs Ability to hear guests over the phone Ability to lift items up to 20 lbs Requirements: Must be available to work at least one weekend shift per week
