Office Assistant / Customer Service for Fishing Charter Reservations, boat rental & Guest Services We’re hiring a friendly and organized Office Assistant to help with fishing charter bookings and guest services. Thursday-Sunday 7:30am-5:30pm Job Duties: • Greet guests and check them in for their fishing trips • Sales and marketing • Answer phone calls and help with questions or bookings • Sell trips and merchandise • Take payments and keep records • Keep the office clean and welcoming • Help with daily tasks around the office and marina Requirements: • Customer service or sales experience (tourism or hospitality is a plus) • Good communication and organization skills • Able to work in a busy, outdoor environment • Basic computer and phone skills • Friendly, positive attitude What We Offer: • A fun job by the water • Flexible hours and good pay • Chance to grow with the company • Seasonal or year-round work Join our team and help people have a great day on the water!
