Your responsibilities will include: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Handle recruitment for positions in office services, industrial, and skilled labor, from candidate sourcing to job offer acceptance. Creative Sourcing: Use a variety of methods—LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and networking—to engage top talent, especially for hard-to-fill roles. Referral Program Management: Optimize and drive the success of our referral program, ensuring a steady stream of qualified candidates. Business Development: Assist with client acquisition by identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. Client Relationship Management: Build long-term, consultative relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions. Talent Pipelining: Develop proactive talent pipelines for both current and future staffing requirements. Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends in office services, industrial, and skilled labor sectors to advise clients on effective talent strategies. Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction. Qualifications: Minimum: Associate's Degree (Bachelor's preferred). 3+ years of recruitment experience in office services, industrial, and skilled labor sectors. Proven ability to engage both active and passive candidates through creative sourcing methods. Experience managing and optimizing referral programs for high-quality talent acquisition. Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to recruitment and client development. Desirable Skills: Experience in recruitment across various industries (administrative, technical, etc.). Knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies for passive talent engagement. Familiarity with CRM systems for client and candidate tracking. Strong time management skills with the ability to handle high-volume recruitment while meeting business development targets.
