About the Role: We are seeking a responsible, honest, hardworking, and eager-to-learn individual to join our team as a Mobile Home Park Manager. Maintenance experience is a plus. This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and a proactive attitude toward managing and improving park operations. Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the mobile home park Maintain positive tenant relations and address complaints promptly Supervise maintenance staff and ensure the park remains clean and safe Manage rent collection and perform general administrative tasks Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations Qualifications: Previous management or property management experience preferred Maintenance skills are a plus Strong communication and organizational abilities Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Proven reliability and integrity in previous roles Willingness to learn and adapt to park-specific systems Ability to lead and motivate a team Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience.
