Pick up trash from landscaping areas and lot. Refill oil absorbent containers as needed. Clean up any oil spills with oil absorbent, log oil spill and report. Clean drains & catch basins as needed. Pull and spray for weeds. Check for graffiti and remove. Wipe all pumps, hoses , nozzles and card readers. Visually inspect hoses & nozzles assemblies (report for repairs). Test receipt printers & replace receipt paper as needed. Change squeegee water daily. Replace any damaged squeegees as needed. Inspect containment drum and report if pick up is needed. Clean up maintenance room once a month.
