Responsibilities: Interior and exterior painting (brush, roll, spray) Surface prep: patching, sanding, caulking, masking Cleanup and maintaining a neat workspace Communicating clearly with team leads and clients Requirements: Reliable transportation and basic painting tools Strong attention to detail and quality Must be dependable, and willing to work hard for growth Preferred but not required: Experience with cabinet refinishing, trim work, or historic restoration Ability to work independently on smaller projects Pay: Based on experience — typically $20–$30/hr with room to grow. These positions require manual dexterity with both hands as well as, bending and turning from side to side repeatedly, the ability to operate/handle vacuum tube & rakes.
