Turning Point Church is seeking a highly creative and experienced full-time Videographer to capture and produce high-quality video content that supports our mission, vision, and weekly ministry needs. This role is responsible for all stages of video production—from concept development to filming, editing, and final delivery—while also bringing a strong motion graphics skillset to the table for sermon bumpers, animated lower thirds, lyric videos, and digital media. The ideal candidate will be passionate about using visual storytelling to inspire and connect with our church family and surrounding community. Key Responsibilities Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit video content for a variety of church needs, including Sunday services, Sunday Updates, special events, testimonies, sermon series, promotional materials, and social media. Motion Graphics & Bumper Videos: Design and animate engaging sermon bumper videos, countdowns, lyric visuals, and other motion graphic assets to elevate the worship and preaching experience. Content Creation: Collaborate with ministry leaders to develop engaging content ideas and storytelling strategies that align with Turning Point Church's messaging and values. Editing & Post-Production: Use video editing software to enhance footage by adding graphics, music, and sound effects, ensuring a high-quality final output. Project Management: Manage multiple video projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining creative excellence and technical precision. Equipment Management: Maintain and organize video production equipment, recommend necessary upgrades, and ensure proper setup and use of all videography tools. Social Media & Digital Integration: Work with the Creative/Communications Team to create video content optimized for digital platforms, including social media, the church website, and email marketing. Creative Collaboration: Partner with the Communications and Worship Teams to ensure cohesive branding and message alignment across all church media. Volunteer Training: Has the potential to recruit, train, and equip volunteer videographers and editors to support video needs and assist with special projects. Requirements Here are just a few of our preferred requirements for this role: Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of professional videography experience, preferably in a church or ministry setting. Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator), camera operation, lighting, and sound design. Creative Skills: Strong storytelling ability, eye for composition, and fluency in visual design, typography, and animation principles. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and ministries. Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a high standard for creative and technical quality. About us: We sing songs other choirs don’t. Seattle Ladies Choir is a non-audition choir open to all self-identified women. We welcome singers of all musical backgrounds, from shower singers to classically trained vocalists, and we perform at a high, professional standard. Our mission is to bring joy and connection through music by performing an entirely secular and modern repertoire including rock, pop, and folk. After more than a decade under the direction of our founding Music Director, we are excited to welcome new leadership to guide us into our next chapter. Overview: As Music Director, you will be the creative and educational leader of Seattle Ladies Choir. The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation of musical knowledge and teaching experience, be able to teach musicians with a wide variety of experience–including those who do not read music–and be an effective collaborator with the choir board, arrangers, accompanist, band, assistant director, and section leaders. You’ll embrace the passion and vibrancy of our choir, and help us deliver performances that are both polished and full of heart. This role will begin with Season 24, with rehearsals starting in March 2026 and performances in October 2026. We rehearse in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle, and perform in Capitol Hill.
