Found a gray pitbull (Canyon Country)

A dog was found roaming on Lost Canyon Road and Cedar Valley Way headed upward towards the target last night at midnight. The dog was on Lost Canyon and he looks to be small blue nose pitbull with a gray coat and white patches around the neck. The dog is very friendly and has a brown leather collar with silver bolts on it. No name tag. I found the dog with another parked car awaiting intervention from police around 12 midnight. We waited and called back twice until we were told no one can get the dog and Animal Control is closed. The dog got into my car and I transported it home right next to lost canyon at the lost canyon townhomes at 18261 W Terra Verde Pl. I have given the dog water and dog food and he is attempting to rest but is very anxious and crying and I have to stay with the dog. He is with me now inside resting. Please contact me if this is your dog and you can identify it with verification as to retrieve the animal. If not I will attempt to take it to animal control or a shelter this morning.
