Description

We are a prominent immigration law firm specializing in asylum, deportation defense, marriage, VAWA, adjustment of status, naturalization, waivers, and extraordinary ability cases. We are seeking to immediately hire a highly motivated bilingual Office Manager. The responsibilities include: Manage staff to ensure that assigned work is timely completed; Manage financials and contact clients with outstanding balances; Manage attorney calendars; Manage court calendar; Schedule and attend department meetings; Take notes during department meetings; Communicate with clients; Conduct interviews; Weekly brainstorming meetings with owner; Create weekly and monthly reports. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working on the above immigration matters, 1 year of managerial experience, fluency in a 2nd language, and a strong understanding of immigration law. Must be punctual, detail oriented hard working, and effectively able to manage an office. This is a full time in-office position (remote or hybrid is not available). The starting salary is $80,000 - $120,000 yearly depending on your experience plus paid overtime, bonuses, medical and dental insurance, and salary increases every 6 months.
