Beacon Hill Legal's client, a boutique law firm located in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking an experienced Legal Admin Coordinator for a temp-perm assignment. The coordinator will be responsible for performing tasks and procedures to support the firm's attorneys as well as assist with HR-related administrative tasks. This is an onsite role that will require the person to commute to the office daily. Responsibilities include Draft, edit, and format various legal documents Monitor and handle incoming administrative requests thru the firm's ticketing portal Coordinate/book travel/conference registrations Maintaining the firm calendar Assist Human Resources with CLE records management Communicate with outside vendors to schedule repairs and/or maintenance for office equipment Act as the backup Office Coordinator as needed, which requires answering phones and occasionally sitting at the front desk to greet visitors and handle incoming deliveries File and organize records, invoices, service orders, and COIs Qualifications: Strong IT skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required, experience using iManage a plus General clerical tasks and data entry, etc. 2 - 3 years of administrative or related experience (Law firm experience preferred) Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
