Salon Manager / Receptionist – Kakolicious Nail Studio (LES) Japanese Gel Nail Art Specialty Studio Kakolicious Nail Studio is a newly opened Japanese gel nail art studio in the Lower East Side. We’ve been growing steadily with a focus on high-quality services, Japanese techniques, and great client care. We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Salon Manager / Receptionist with nail industry experience to help us run the daily operations and support both our clients and technicians. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how a nail salon works and enjoys keeping things running smoothly. Only applicants with prior nail salon experience will be considered. What You’ll Be Doing: • Managing bookings through Vagaro • Front desk reception and customer service • Supporting technicians with scheduling and day-to-day needs • Handling inventory and supply orders • Assisting with hiring and onboarding • Helping with marketing, including Instagram and TikTok • Familiarity with social media (Instagram, TikTok) and video editing is a plus What We’re Looking For: • Nail industry experience (management or front desk preferred) • Strong communication and organizational skills • Confident using booking systems (we use Vagaro) • Positive, proactive, and solution-focused attitude • We’d love to find someone who’s proactive, organized, and enjoys working with people — someone who can stay one step ahead, help solve problems, and keep the business running smoothly day-to-day.
