Danny’s Glass, Inc. is looking for experienced and entry level Customer Service Representatives, must be a fast learner, detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task. Must be able to excel in a fast-paced environment, have strong interpersonal skills, and occasionally travel to work in multiple store locations in the area. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00-5:00 Job Description: Customer Service Representative (CSR) Requirements: • Prior customer service experience is a plus • Detail oriented, organized, and able to multitask • Willingness to learn and to cross train in multiple departments • Reliable transportation to work at various locations • Customer service oriented both on the phone and in person • Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Computer knowledge • Excellent attendance Job Responsibilities to include but not limited to: • Handle inquiries and produce orders for inquiries for auto glass or flat glass via phone, email, fax, or walk-in customers • Interacting with customers, insurance companies, agencies, and commercial accounts daily • Communicating and coordinating scheduling auto glass repairs for multiple store locations. • Processing insurance verification and billing for multiple store locations. • Processing completed sales orders and reconciling daily store paperwork when required. • The ability to work professionally with customers in person and on the phone required • Filing • Clean work environment Location: • Danny’s Glass Insurance Center in Hampton and Danny's Auto Glass Center in Newport News, Danny's Auto Glass Center in Gloucester, Danny's Auto Glass Center in Williamsburg, Danny's Auto Glass Center in Franklin.
